ThreadsAuto is a scheduling and publishing tool for Threads. It's yours to use for building your presence and managing content. What you publish is your responsibility — post content you'd be proud to put your name on.
Your account is yours to keep secure. Use accurate details when you sign up, and keep your login private. Your publishing limits, workspace count, and available features depend on your active plan.
ThreadsAuto integrates with services that have their own terms. By connecting Meta Threads, you agree to the Meta Terms of Service and Meta Platform Policy (developers.facebook.com/terms). By enabling AI drafting, you agree to the terms of the AI provider whose API key you supply (e.g. OpenAI). By making payments, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. These third-party terms are independent of ours — we are not a party to them and have no control over how those services operate.
ThreadsAuto publishes content via the Meta Threads API on your behalf. Meta may impose rate limits, usage caps, API restrictions, or suspend access to your account or to this app at any time and for any reason, including violations of Meta's own policies. Similarly, AI providers may limit, throttle, or discontinue API access. We are not responsible for any restriction, suspension, or ban imposed by a third-party platform. If Meta or any other platform suspends access, that is beyond our control and does not constitute a failure of service on our part.
When you choose a paid plan, you'll see the full price, billing cycle, applicable taxes, and exactly what you're getting — before you confirm anything. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, ever.
Choosing a recurring plan means you're authorising automatic billing each cycle through your selected payment method. You can cancel renewals at any time — see the cancellation policy for how.
We build and improve ThreadsAuto continuously. Features, limits, and availability may evolve as the product grows. We'll never quietly break something core to how you publish.
ThreadsAuto and KohliConnect are operated by Kohli Media LLP (LLPIN AAL-5738), a limited liability partnership registered in India. KohliConnect is a brand and business unit of Kohli Media LLP — not a separate legal entity. Our GSTIN is 03AASFK9259P1ZC.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The Indian Contract Act, 1872 governs the formation and interpretation of this agreement. The Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) apply to the extent relevant. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
