You can cancel a paid plan from billing support at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — we don't cut you off the moment you cancel.
Cancelling a recurring plan stops future automatic charges after your current billing cycle ends, or as per the payment mandate terms shown at checkout.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and fairly. Fees for billing periods you've already used, completed setup work, or consumed plan limits may not be refundable — but we're always reasonable, and we'll always explain our decision.
If you were charged incorrectly or twice, write to us immediately. We'll verify with Razorpay and process a refund to your original payment method as quickly as we can.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.
